Brad provides practical, realistic support to organizations by developing impactful training programs for staff and volunteers, auditing and enhancing programming, and delivering engaging workshops and keynote presentations. He ensures that an organization’s potential is never limited by the resources it has today and helps teams focus on a broader vision of what they can accomplish.

Who is Brad?

With two decades of experience in camps and not-for-profits, Brad has partnered with organizations in Australia, Canada, and the United States. His work across three Canadian provinces has helped strengthen programs that support children, teens, and adults.

Currently Brad serves as Director of Programming at a not-for-profit in Alberta, Canada, where he has been instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs, establishing effective policies, and developing mentorship resources. His leadership has focused on cultivating a positive culture and fostering interpersonal growth, ensuring the professional development of staff and volunteers and the overall success of the organization.
